Dr. Azad is the Director of Novotouch Consulting and a Partner with Valense Organizational Consultants, UK.
He has worked as a consultant, program & project manager for various national reform & multi-million projects in the Gulf region. Dr. Azad has also worked as consultant to Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Bahrain & as an Advisor to the President of Central Informatics Organization & the Chairman of Telecom Regulatory Authority.
Dr. Azad presented various papers in various international conferences in Europe, Middle East & India. He also trains for PMI Seminars World, USA, PMI-AGC and various other organizations. He has trained and mentored more than 1500 professionals in over 100 plus batches. As a Toastmaster, Dr. Azad won major awards including the Champion Speaker in Bahrain in 2008. Azad taught university programs in University of Bahrain & Strathclyde University MBA Programs. He is an MBA graduate with specialization in Marketing, PG diploma holder in International Trade, M.Phil in Management and PhD in the area of Marketing from Kannur university, Kerala. He has also received the status of “Accredited Management Teacher” (AMT) from the prestigious All India Management Association ( AIMA) New Delhi. His earlier academic related assignments include 11 years of service as Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies, MES College of Engineering, Kuttipuram ( the first self financing Engineering college of Kerala).
